The whole thing sits on shiny silver coloured feet, and the bed also provides a storage haven thanks to the large storage area. This can be easily accessed by manually lifting the mattress base with the aid of the gas lift pistons. These also hold the mattress in a raised position until you're ready to push it back down again. You can construct the bed so the opening mechanism can be accessed from whichever side better suits the layout of your room, and the base is covered in a black fabric that keeps all your stored items off the floor. Suitable for use with all standard UK size mattresses (please note: mattress must be purchased separately). The bed meets all UK FR and safety standards.
