Excellent Grip & Comfort

Foam yoga blocks are softer than cork yoga blocks with bevelled edges for a firm, comfy grip. Made from closed-cell EVA foam to prevent them absorbing sweat and easily wipe clean. Great for hot yoga sessions!

Practising Standing Pose

Place the blocks on your yoga mat to bring the floor closer to you, reduce how far you have to stretch, and easily hold a pose. Great for the half-moon pose and other poses that require you to stretch to the floor.

Practising Floor Poses
