WHAT MAKES KEGELSMART SO SMART?
Registers pelvic strength - Every time you exercise, KegelSmart monitors the strength of your pelvic floor muscles.

Exercising with KegelSmart is super easy, all you have to do is:

Wait for the three quick vibrations that signal the start of the routine.
Contract/Rest: When you feel the vibration, lift and squeeze your pelvic muscles, hold the contraction. When the vibration stops, release your pelvic floor muscles and rest. Continue for the full routine.
