Laselle Weighted Exerciser Set includes 3 progressive weights so you can build pelvic floor strength and tone fast. They can be used individually or linked together so you can personalize your training with 6 different weight combinations.
Coated in the smoothest medical grade silicone, they offer training that's easy, comfortable and safe. The weighted ball gives your muscles an object to flex around so you can master the correct exercise technique of contracting and lifting the pelvic floor upwards. It also adds resistance - just like weights at the gym - so you get a more effective workout, every time you exercise.
Light Resistance 28g - for beginners or women with a weaker pelvic floor.
Moderate Resistance 38g - for women who have experience in weight-free pelvic floor exercising.
Higher Resistance 48g - for women experienced in weighted pelvic floor exercising.
Directions:
Insert the ball approximately 2 cm inside you.
Use a water based lubricant for added comfort.
Contract and lift.
Hold for between 2 and 10 seconds as is comfortable.
Release.
Rest for between 2 and 10 seconds as is comfortable.
Conduct a number of repetitions that feel comfortable for you and then gradually increase the length of your workout routine over time. As you improve, you can move to heavier weights or even link the exercisers together for a more challenging intimate workout.
