Simply warm in the microwave (500-750w = 90 seconds/ 800-1000w = 60 seconds) and away to bed you go! Remove and heat only the inner case. Make sure that microwave turntable is able to rotate freely and is clean from grease or anything which may cause burning. Make sure the filling inside is evenly distributed to avoid 'hot spots' while heating. Respect the given time of heating and Wattage. Use only under adult supervision when heated. Warning: temperature may increase after removal from the microwave oven. Do not overheat. If overheating occurs, allow to return to room temperature before reheating. If after heating there is any sign of damage or odour, allow to cool before disposing of Responsibly. Warning: only reheat when the element is at room temperature. It can take up to 4 hours to cool down to room temperature. Take care when removing from microwave as the product may be hot. Allow to stand for 30 seconds before removing from microwave.
