It's easy to make your return, simply tick the box on the bottom of the advice note to indicate which item(s) you are returning. Fix the label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest participating Parcel Connect convenience store.

It’s important to retain your proof of return or take a photo of your receipt, as this can be used to track your parcel.

A part of the Wrendale collection by Royal Worcester, this charming mug is decorated in with a festive take on the watercolour art style that defines the rest of the range.

Made from fine bone china, it features a beautifully decorated Christmas tree surrounded by woodland animals, including foxes, hares and adorable squirrels. Typography on the interior edge reads Oh Christmas Tree for an added pop of wintry charm. The imagery is taken from hand-painted designs originally created by artist Hannah Dale in the heart of Lincolnshire.
