Made from 3.5 mm forged aluminium with a bonded steel base for fast, even heat conduction, each pan is compatible with all hob types, including induction. They’re all free from chemicals such as PFAS, PFOA, Lead and Cadmium, so you can cook safe and secure in the knowledge that there are no harmful toxins present.
Straight side walls mean there’s no wasted space in the base. All five pans have a larger surface area for cooking, so it’s easier to whip up delicious dishes for the whole family. Aeroglide Pro coatings, meanwhile, gives this set a durable abrasion-resistant, anti-corrosion, non-stick layer that’s 8 times stronger than traditional non-stick surfaces.
The star of the show is the SmartStart indicator. This clever tick to the centre of the pan changes colour when the pan reaches the optimum temperature of 200°C. Not only does this take the guesswork out of cooking, as you’ll know exactly when it’s ready to be used, but it also makes it easier to achieve that perfect sear on a tender steak or char peppers to perfection.
Each saucepan also includes a glass lid, which allows you to keep an eye on your food as it cooks while locking in heat and flavour.
Finished with a Softex handle for a comfortable grip while whipping up your culinary creations, these pans are oven safe to 170°C for up to 40 minutes. This means you can start a dish on the hob before finishing it off in the oven.
