The star of the show is the SmartStart indicator. This clever tick to the centre of the pan changes colour when the pan reaches the optimum temperature of 200°C. Not only does this take the guesswork out of cooking, as you’ll know exactly when it’s ready to be used, but it also makes it easier to achieve that perfect sear on a tender steak or char peppers to perfection.
Finished with a Bakelite handle for a comfortable grip while whipping up your culinary creations, this pan is oven safe to 170°C for up to 40 minutes. This means you can start a dish on the hob before finishing it off in the oven.
